Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy for Dog Training Workshops and courses To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review our booking policy below: 1. Booking Confirmation All workshop and courses - bookings must be made in advance through our official booking system, website, or by contacting us directly. Your spot is only confirmed once full payment has been received. 2. Payment Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. We accept payments via the website on our online booking system. 3. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations Made by You: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours before the workshop/course start time. Refunds or rescheduling will be considered based on this notice period. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the workshop are non-refundable. Cancellations Made by Us: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule the workshop/course, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling to another session. 4. Rescheduling You may request to reschedule your booking at least 48 hours before the workshop/course. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. 5. Dog Eligibility Dogs attending the workshop must be up to date on their vaccinations and in good health. If your dog has behavioural challenges such as aggression, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate or suggest a more suitable program. 6. Owner Responsibility Owners must remain present during the workshop/course unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for your dog’s behaviour and must ensure they are leashed and under control at all times. 7. Workshop Attendance Please arrive on time to get the most out of your session. Late arrivals may not be accommodated, and no refunds will be provided. Bring any required items for your dog (e.g., leash, treats, toys, etc.) as specified in the booking email confirmation.
